We are often asked what is the best way to do a successful business with Russia. The answer is simpler than it seems - it is business education and the right acquaintances.

“Anyone who learns without thinking will fall into error. Those who meditate, not wanting to learn, will be in difficulty.” This wise thought speaks of how important it is to systematically gain knowledge and reflect on the nature of things. In order to do business with Russia, you need to learn a lot of things: business etiquette, features of legislation, features of the system of state regulation, features and structure of the Russian economy.
But the correct knowledge is only half the battle, because in order to achieve success you need to have personal relationships and personal communication with potential partners. In each industry, you can find major companies which have the greatest prospects for cooperation. It is usually extremely difficult to get to know them via the Internet or official letters, in this Russia resembles China, therefore the best way to develop cooperation is personal meetings and communication. But how can one get to know and communicate with senior officials and senior executives of Russian corporations?
Based on these two success secrets, RAUIE formed a solution for effective business education - these are eMBA programs. As part of these programs, we offer the most relevant knowledge about business with Russia from top Russian officials and heads of major private and state Russian corporations.
Within the framework of these programs, entrepreneurs from China will be able to communicate with key officials and corporate leaders within the industries of interest to them. Currently, RAUIE offers programs in the oil and gas industry, agriculture, the media and cultural industries, innovations, the medical industry and pharmaceuticals, but it is possible to prepare an individual program taking into account the needs of the group. In the second part of the training, participants study at a Russian university such as Moscow State University, HSE, REU and receive an official certificate of additional education in Russia.
Our advantage is the experience of successfully organizing such programs. The RAUIE has already organized such programs together with SAIF, at which students had the opportunity to meet with the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Mr. Zyuganov, as well as with a number of leaders of Russian regions and large corporations such as VTB, RDIF, Sinosure, ICBC and many others.
