• Investors with a share in the authorized capital of at least 10% for three years before applying. If the amount of the share capital of such a legal entity should be at least 100,000,000 rubles, and the amount of contributions to the Pension Fund should be at least 6,000,000 million
• For at least three years they have been working in Russia under the labor law by profession from a special list
