CJSC "Biocad" in Zelenograd
The production facility in Zelenograd was created by CJSC Biocad under the first offset agreement with the Moscow Government, concluded in 2017. The Alabushevo production site in Zelenograd was chosen for the new enterprise construction; it is part of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone. Thanks to this, the investor will be able to enjoy federal and city tax incentives.
The Biocad company has invested more than three billion rubles in the production creation.
According to the contract terms, the Biocad company undertook to build a high-tech pharmaceutical complex with a total area of 43 thousand square meters by 2021. It is planned that the enterprise will produce 40 oncological drugs - 22 international non-proprietary names.
From 2021 to 2027, the Moscow Government will purchase manufactured products for the city's medical institutions in the amount of about two billion rubles.
LLC "R-Opra" in Zelenograd
The second offset agreement was signed in 2018, it includes the supply of 56 drugs from 31 international non-proprietary names for the treatment and prevention of cancer, cardiac, endocrine and other diseases. More than half of these drugs are not manufactured in Russia. For at least three drugs, a full production cycle will be provided, including the release of a pharmaceutical substance.
The contract is concluded for ten years, of which four years are allocated for the production creation. The investor plans to open 12 production lines, having invested at least 5.8 billion rubles in the project. The cost of the contract (the volume of purchases for city needs) is 18.4 billion rubles. The production will be created at the Alabushevo site in Zelenograd
LLC "Gemamed" in Pechatniki
The contract for the supply of 44 medical devices for ostomy patients was concluded in 2019 for ten years, of which two years are allocated for the production organization. It will be invested one billion rubles in the creation of almost completely import-substituting production. The contract value was 8.6 billion rubles. The production will be created at the site "Pechatniki" of the special economic zone "Technopolis" Moscow "
Wimm Bill Dann Foods JSC
The contract was signed in 2020 for the supply of 38 items of baby food, including milk, juices, fruit, vegetable, meat and vegetable purees, cereals, cottage cheese, kefir, fermented milk and dry mixture. The contract is concluded for ten years, of which two years are allocated for the production organization. The products will have special labeling and branding. Investments in production will amount to 2.1 billion rubles, the value of the contract - 30.6 billion rubles.
Moscow endocrine plant
The last, fifth offset agreement was signed in February of this year with the Moscow Endocrine Plant.
Within two years, the enterprise will launch the production of antiglaucoma, antibacterial, analgesic drugs, as well as antidepressants and antipsychotics. The volume of private investment in the project will amount to 1 billion rubles. Moscow, in turn, guarantees the investor the purchase of medicines produced at the plant for 1.1 billion rubles over 8 years
