TNF Industrial and Energy Forum

The TNF Industrial and Energy Forum is a key federal event in Russia's oil and gas industry. Over its 10‑year history, the forum has evolved from a regional industry gathering into the country's leading national platform, bringing together equipment manufacturers, subsoil users, IT developers, the scientific community, and government representatives. In 2025, TNF set a record with 15,000 participants from 67 Russian regions, around 1,500 companies, and three international delegations from the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the United Arab Emirates. The organising committee was chaired by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Anton Alikhanov.

The forum takes place in Tyumen – a technological hub for the fuel and energy sector, home to key oil and gas companies, research institutes, and service organisations. The event includes the TNF EXPO exhibition, over 100 business events, 200+ B2B meetings, and 50+ signed agreements annually.

The TNF business programme is structured around four tracks covering all aspects of the industry:

• September 14–15 – participants focus on "Technologies and Digital Solutions in the Fuel and Energy Sector": the spotlight is on industry development strategies, practical cases, and technological solutions – from drilling and field infrastructure to new materials, digital transformation projects, implementation of domestic IT solutions, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity systems.
• September 16 – discussions are scheduled on long‑term development vectors for the fuel and energy sector amid current geopolitical constraints, including the role of industrial clusters and import substitution objectives. Representatives of the Russian government, relevant federal and regional authorities, and top management of major oil and gas companies are expected to attend.
• The forum concludes with the "People" track on September 17, featuring an HR summit and a Young Professional Day. The career hub is focused on addressing human resources challenges in the fuel and energy sector.
