Chairman of the RAUIE held a meeting with the leaders of Chinese automotive companies

In the RAUIE Moscow office, the Chairman of the Union, Vitaly Mankevich, held a meeting with the leaders of Chinese automotive companies. Cooperation in this area is extremely relevant and prospective, which is why at the end of 2024, Vitaly Mankevich appointed the leader of the company "Jetour", Mr. Sun Taolin, as the Advisor to the Chairman of the RAUIE in the field of the automotive industry.

As a result of the meeting, the main directions of bilateral cooperation between the RAUIE and Chinese companies were determined:

• the possibility of creating their own industrial park for the localization of auto components
• cooperation with existing plants in Russia on the issue of localizing the production of Chinese companies

The above-mentioned work directions will be implemented through the Association of Chinese Automakers in Russia, created by the RAUIE jointly with the Russian-Chinese Committee for Friendship, Peace and Development in 2024. Its main task is the localization, promotion and protection of the Chinese automotive industry in Russia, as well as interaction with government authorities.
