ICDPASO and RAUIE deepen cooperation

On December 12, the RAUIE held a meeting with its strategic partner ICDPASO (the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization). Recall that the organization was established on October 15, 2020 by the China Council for the Development of International Trade and the China International Chamber of Commerce, as well as 45 business associations, legal services and research centers of universities from more than twenty countries.



The Secretary General of the Organization, Liu Chao, prepared a report on ICDPASO's work progress, summing up the results of cooperation between ICDPASO and the RAUIE in the outgoing year.

The RAUIE Chairman Vitaly Mankevich emphasized the timeliness of the meeting and noted key cooperation areas, including support for the entry of Russian companies into the Chinese market, legal support for mergers and acquisitions, the development of joint ventures, etc.
