ICDPASO: the RAUIE became a member of the Advisory Commission of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization

On October 15, 2020, the new international organization ICDPASO was formally established to create a safer global business environment - International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization. It was established by the China International Trade Development Council and the China International Chamber of Commerce, as well as 45 associations, legal services and university research centers from more than twenty countries.



The opening ceremony on Thursday in Beijing included congratulatory messages from partner organizations, including the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law. The RAUIE became a co-founder of ICDPASO and a member of the Organization's Advisory Commission.

“Now, in the crisis period, the number of trade and economic disputes between entrepreneurs is growing. Basically, they are associated with the collection of receivables, non-compliance of the delivered cargo, violation of the delivery time. We are confident that the ICDPASO platform will help businesses to peacefully resolve conflict situations. The new organization has a strong presence in both Russia and China and is an important resource for resolving commercial disputes. Now we are ready to offer our members even greater business opportunities in the Chinese market, ”said Vitaly Mankevich, President of the RAUIE
