Import substitution and FZ-44 - RAUIE about procurement nuances

Vice-President of the RAUIE Suzanna Mkrtchyan became a speaker on the section dedicated to the new import substitution rules under Law No. 44-FZ.
 
As part of her speech, Suzanna Armenovna shared with the audience information about the latest changes in legislation and procurement procedures, as well as the nuances of the new import substitution rules under 44-FZ.


“Particular attention should now be paid to imported goods, this is also important in terms of legal issues - a violation can lead to international courts and high costs for the state and business. It is important not only to know the law, but also to constantly be aware of new amendments. Restrictions on the supply of imported products primarily relate to industrial products, the application for which may be rejected at the first stages of procurement, which can lead, first of all, to loss of time and disruption of production,” said Syuzanna Mkrtchyan.
