Krasnoyarsk Krai strengthens economic cooperation with Asia

On July 8, Siberian Federal University (SFU) hosted a joint meeting on the support of foreign economic activity of the Krasnoyarsk Krai. The event was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Krai S.V. Vereshchagin.

Alena Shvetsova, Head of the RAUIE regional branch in Krasnoyarsk, took part in the discussion and decision-making on the agenda of the meeting.



During the event, issues of foreign economic activity of the Krasnoyarsk Krai, the concept of the Yenisei Siberia trading house in the People's Republic of China, as well as a plan of international events and state support measures to ensure business participation in international exhibition and business events and business missions were discussed.

The speakers were the Minister of Economy and Regional Development of the Krasnoyarsk Krai, Anna Garnets; Sergey Ladyzhenko, General Director of ANO Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, and Alexander Zvezdov, Deputy General Director of Krasnoyarsk Regional Business Development Center and Microcredit Company, Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization.



As a result of the event, a Chinese region for the implementation of the trading house project was selected, and a meeting was scheduled in early August this year for a working group with representatives of the PRC government, business and Yenisei Siberia. At the moment, an active organization of the upcoming event is being carried out.
