Opening of the Center for non-judicial dispute resolution

April 28, 2021 President of the Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RAUIE) Vitaly Mankevich and President of the International Association of Lawyers and Mediators Elena Gizerskaya signed a Partnership Agreement.

By joint efforts and resources, the parties create the Center for non-judicial dispute resolution on the RAUIE basis



The center will conduct conciliation procedures with the participation of mediators for the RAUIE members and promote the development of non-judicial methods of resolving conflict situations between the business circles of Russia and Asia.

Mediation is a technology of alternative dispute resolution with the participation of a third neutral party - a mediator who helps the parties find a solution that suits them both.

The mediation procedure involves the conclusion of an agreement based on theparties' interests, and not on evidence and legal position, as in a judicial process. The parties to the dispute are directly involved in the decision-making process to resolve the conflict situation and determine the conditions themselves.
