On November 10 - 12, the International Commodity Fair 2021 (International Consumer Goods Exhibition) opened its doors in Moscow Expocentre. For 3 exhibition days, manufacturers, distributors, representatives of government agencies and trade associations from Russia, Asia and the CIS countries met at one site.
For several years the RAUIE has been an exhibition partner. This year, the RAUIE organized a session: “Transport cooperation between Russia and China in the post-covid era. Overcoming the boundaries ”.
The session was opened by a video greeting from the Plenipotentiary Minister, Counselor for Trade and Economic Affairs of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Russian Federation, Mr. Li Jingyuan. Mr. Li Jingyuan thanked the event organizers, provided up-to-date information on the current situation and presented 3 proposals for optimizing cross-border transportation: “First, the development of logistics services' diversification. Second, promoting integration and simplifying customs clearance. Third, storage of goods in foreign warehouses. "
Another honorary guest of the event was the Director of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation Alexei Sapetko, he presented the report: "Results, prospects and forecasts of Russian-Chinese partnership development in logistics."
The session was moderated by the vice-president of the Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, an expert practitioner in the field of foreign economic activity - Anna Fomicheva.
“2021 was a year of "supply shock": the price of container delivery from China increased from $ 3 to $ 13 thousand, industrial inflation in China exceeded 13.5% in October, which became a record for the last 25 years, while prices on Chinese goods continue to rise.
