On June 22, in the online format, the RAUIE together with China Construction Bank Corporation held the first event within the roadmap of bilateral strategic partnership. President of the RAUIE Vitaly Mankevich spoke at the event and the Chinese side was represented by the director of the bank's branch in Jiangsu province - Mr. Huang Qingyu and the business director of CCB in the Russian Federation - Mr. Xin Liguo.
The head of the RAUIE representative office in Shanghai, the general director of Shanghai ManYa Industry and Trade Co., Ltd, Ms. Maya Man, shared her experience of working with both Chinese manufacturers and Russian buyers of industrial equipment: “Now Chinese equipment is the best in the world in terms of price-quality-reliability, and we help Russian companies to upgrade their production lines profitably. Our turnover exceeds 2 billion rubles, and our advantage is not only high quality services, but also in the systematic approach, which gives our client not only optimal equipment, but also a turnkey solution ”.
The format of the event included speeches and presentations of Chinese and Russian entrepreneurs in order to find common points for bilateral trade development.
From the Russian side te were the RAUIE expert-members - the companies Chernogolovka, Slavitsa, IlmioMorozhenko, Berkana and Uncle Vanya.
“Despite the pandemic, Russian-Chinese relations are developing dynamically. In 2020, the trade turnover between Jiangsu and Russia amounted to $ 7.07 billion, which is a high figure, so Jiangsu province took a high 6th place in the PRC regions ranking in terms of the prospects for doing business by Russian companies. I believe in the high potential of trade and investment cooperation, and I want to note that the path of 10,000 miles begins with the first step, and I suggest both Russian and Chinese partners to take this step forward, ” summed up the president of the RAUIE Vitaly Mankevich.
