RAUIE and Dongguan: a new agreement opens new opportunities

25 May 2026

RAUIE leadership and members took part in a conference on trade and economic cooperation with the city of Dongguan (Guangdong Province, China).

Speaking on behalf of RAUIE was:

  • Dmitry Kolosov, who presented the RAUIE ecosystem — comprehensive opportunities for Russian businesses entering the markets of China and Asia.

Speaking on the Chinese side were:

  • Zhou Hao — advisor at the Trade and Economic Affairs Department of the PRC Embassy in the Russian Federation
  • Zheng Jianmin — Chairman of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Dongguan
  • Zheng Xiaojian — Secretary of the CPC Government Committee of Wangniudun Town, Dongguan

During the event, a cooperation agreement was signed between RAUIE and the Dongguan Committee for the Promotion of International Trade (China Chamber of International Commerce Dongguan Committee / China International Trade Bureau Dongguan).

The agreement opens new opportunities for systematic cooperation between Russian companies and one of China's key industrial centers. Dongguan is a powerful manufacturing cluster, and RAUIE members will now gain more direct access to partners, technologies, and markets in this region.

RAUIE continues to expand its network of agreements with Chinese provinces and cities — for concrete projects and real contracts.
