RAUIE at Harbin Expo: expanding the horizons of cooperation

The annual Harbin International Trade and Economic Expo — one of the key business events in Russian‑Chinese cross‑border cooperation — took place in Harbin. This year, the platform once again brought together representatives of business, government, and public organizations from Russia and China.

RAUIE was represented at a high level: the Union's leadership and members took part in the event. The delegation held a series of meetings and negotiations with Chinese partners, representatives of provincial and city authorities, as well as heads of leading industrial and trade associations of the PRC.

Key outcomes of participation:

• Agreements were reached on joint projects in the areas of investment, industry, and logistics
• B2B negotiations were held, during which RAUIE members presented their products and services
• Steps were outlined for systematic support of Russian exports and the search for reliable partners in China
• The possibility of Chinese companies participating in investment projects on the territory of the Russian Federation was discussed

Participation in the Harbin Expo is another step in RAUIE's systematic work to strengthen business ties between Russia and China, as well as a clear example of how membership in the Union helps businesses enter new markets.
