On October 5, an online conference was held for exporters wishing to enter the Indian market. The event was organized by ANO "Mosprom".
During the event, speakers were: Evgeny Vladimirovich Griva, Deputy Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the Republic of India; Tatarintseva Tatyana, Chief Specialist of the Department of Export Activities of ANO "Mosprom"; Teselkina Lyudmila Viktorovna, Founder and CEO of JUST Logistics; Kulikova Olga Nikolaevna, Business Ambassador of Business Russia in India.
From RAUIE Irina Krukovskaya, Deputy Head of the Department of Trade and Economic Cooperation acted as an expert with the topic - "Peculiarities of industrial products export to the Republic of India".
“India is a country with great potential to accelerate economic growth and address social challenges. The country is increasing labor productivity, which creates the basis for domestic consumption, as well as foreign trade. There is no doubt that India's large and growing economy has become one of the main beneficiaries of the international sanctions imposed on Russia: it is impossible not to take advantage of a situation in which raw materials can be bought profitably at a big discount. In May, Russia, with a volume of 819,000 barrels per day, became the second largest supplier of oil to India after Iraq, pushing Saudi Arabia to third place.”
