RAUIE hosts meeting with delegation of Guangdong Association for Trade Promotion with Russia

On June 17, the RAUIE headquarters in Moscow hosted a meeting between the Union and a delegation of the Guangdong Association for Trade Promotion with Russia (GATPR).

The Russian side was received by RAUIE Chairman Vitaly Mankevich.

The Chinese delegation was led by Executive Chairman of GATPR Zhang Guanjian.

Both sides reaffirmed their mutual interest in developing economic, trade, and cultural ties between enterprises and organisations of Guangdong Province and the Russian Federation.

Key areas of cooperation:

• exchange of information on economic dynamics and industry trends
• assistance in finding trade and investment partners
• organising delegation participation in exhibitions and events
• holding joint seminars, conferences, and business negotiations
• providing infrastructure support for investment and trade activities

The main outcome of the meeting was the signing of a Cooperation Agreement between RAUIE and GATPR. The document came into force upon signing – June 17, 2026.

Guangdong is one of China's key industrial and trade hubs, and the signed memorandum opens new opportunities for ongoing interaction between Russian businesses and entrepreneurs from this region.
