RAUIE members held a meeting with the delegation from the capital of tea of China

On Septemner 23, RAUIE members held a meeting with delegation for the capital of tea of China.

The Russian side was represented by: Maxim Kuznetsov — vice president of RAUIE, Elena Chernobaeva — senior lawyer at World Invest Group LLC, Nedzhafov Pirmagomed — general director of Quentre LLC.

The Chinese side was attended by: Mu Jiansheng — Deputy Secretary General of the China Committee for the Promotion of International Trade of Yunnan Province, Hong Lixuan — Chairman of the Yunnan Fire Association, Chen Shaoteng — Director General of Yunnnan Laozhaichun Tea Group Co., Ltd., Jiang Dedin — Director General Kunming Youbit Exhibition Co. Ltd.



The parties discussed joint exhibition projects and trade development in the field of agricultural products and foodstuff. Maxim Kuznetsov described the activities of the RAUIE and noted that wheat, rapeseed, sunflower seeds and oil, corn, barley, soybeans are prospective goods for the Chinese market, in particular for Yunnan. RAUIE is the organizer and official representative of the Canton Fair in Russia, who provides attraction of Russian participants and fair's promotion. Chen Shooten noted that Yunnan's export base is agriculture and foodstuff, including products such as tea, coffee, flowers. "Exhibitions are organized yearly, there are excellent venues for cooperation development in the field of exhibitions, foodstuff and agriculture."



At the end of the meeting, the RAUIE and Yunnan Province CCPIT executives signed a memorandum, according to which the parties will deepen cooperation in the field of events in both countries, as well as in promoting trade, economic and investment cooperation between Russia and Yunnan. In particular, right after the signing of the memorandum, cooperation on exhibitions in Russia and Yunnan was discussed.
