As part of strengthening international collaboration in the field of industrial education, Vitaly Mankevich visited the Moscow Automotive and Road College named after A.A. Nikolaev (MADK).
The main topic of the meeting was discussing the partnership format between the college and specialized institutions and enterprises in China. The conversation focused on integrating modern solutions from the Chinese automotive industry into the educational process — from equipment and technical documentation to student participation in production internships and apprenticeships at Chinese enterprises.

The college management showcased their training laboratories, workshops, and classrooms where specialists for the transport industry are prepared. These competencies are especially relevant today, as the increasing flow of vehicles from China creates a pressing need for professionals capable of working with next-generation technology and possessing up-to-date technological knowledge.
During the meeting, modern educational programs and the college’s infrastructure were reviewed, along with opportunities for training qualified specialists for the automotive and road sectors. For colleges, this represents a chance to update training programs in line with market demands. For the RAUIE members, it offers access to young professionals with the necessary skills. For Chinese partners, it provides a tool to expand their presence in the Russian market by leveraging qualified personnel.
As a result of the meeting, the RAUIE agreed with MADK on a phased implementation of joint initiatives aimed at developing vocational education based on international technological cooperation.
