Scaling a business during a crisis - life hacks from RAUIE

RAUIE, together with the Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneurs’ Rights and the Russian-Chinese Committee for Friendship, Peace and Development, and e-legion, Tencent and Citic Telecom, discussed business scaling in a crisis at the site of the Civic Chamber RF.

The event took place in a hybrid format and brought together more than 100 participants.



The flagship theme was digital market scaling tools. The participants of the event discussed what opportunities are already open for regional businesses, taking into account the weakening of federal networks, shared the secrets of the effectient application of data management on the example of real cases, and conducted a live audit of requests.
 
“With sanctions targeted at Russia by a number of unfriendly countries and the departure of large international retailers, SMEs and large businesses are opening up new business opportunities. Here, of course, it may be necessary to change suppliers, including equipment suppliers, to Asian manufacturers,” said Syuzanna Mkrtchyan, Vice President of RAUIE.



“Today, sanctions are putting pressure on all market participants, especially on large market players who are now stuck in cost optimization, cutting projects, losing positions in niches.
