Sinomach Auto announced the opening of its first terminal in the Siberian Federal District

The Chinese automotive company Sinomach Auto announced the opening of its first terminal in the Siberian Federal District, which is associated with the emergence of the premium brand ROX Motor in Russia (in December 2024, members of the RAUIE attended a closed presentation of an SUV at the invitation of the company's management) and plans to introduce a third brand to the Russian market.

The new logistics center includes a warehouse of 1,000 square meters for 80 vehicles, a loading area capable of simultaneously loading 12 car carriers, and a storage area able to accommodate up to 2,000 vehicles. I predicted this event back in the previous year. In November 2024, during the Russian-Chinese forum and exhibition of automobiles and special vehicles "GlobalSibExpo" in Novosibirsk, I mentioned that one of the large Chinese automotive corporations was considering the Novosibirsk and Irkutsk regions as a site for establishing a factory. And here is the result.

Today, thanks to years of experience working with Russian regions and Chinese provinces, the RAUIE has the competencies to identify promising areas of cooperation between the parties, allowing us to take on even the most challenging projects in the automotive sector. The Association of Chinese Automakers in Russia, established by the RAUIE and RCCFPD, also supports this effort, with its main task being the localization, promotion, and protection of Chinese automotive production in Russia, as well as interaction with government authorities.
