The BRICS Partnership Forum on the new industrial revolution was held in Xiamen, in southeast China. The event was organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China and the People's Government of Fujian Province.
Representatives from 40 countries and international organizations participated in the event, confirming its significance as a platform for discussing technological and industrial transformation, as well as opportunities and challenges for BRICS countries and developing nations.

The forum featured discussions on key areas of the new industrial revolution, such as digitization, artificial intelligence, green technologies, and sustainable production. Participants had the opportunity to exchange best practices and discuss joint projects aimed at developing innovative solutions.
Olga Lisienko, the head of the Novosibirsk office of the Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, participated in the forum at the invitation of the Chinese side. On November 26, she spoke at a discussion session, focusing on international cooperation among BRICS countries.
In her speech, Olga emphasized the importance of trade and economic ties between China and Russia, as well as the international resources of Siberia. Special attention was given to the opening of a representative office of NSTU in Xiamen with the assistance of the Novosibirsk office of the RAUIE, which was a vivid example of the region's entry into international platforms.

The event was also supported by the Science and Technology Bureau of Xiamen and the Committee for the Management of the Industrial Development Zone of High Technology of Xiamen Torch, as well as the Science and Technology, Industry, and Information Technology Bureau of Xiamen Jimei District.
During the meeting, Lin Zhichan, Executive Director of the Incubation Park Science and Innovation Service Center of the New Era, presented the concept of the new incubation park "1+2+N". Additionally, Huang Tianlu, co-founder and CEO of Singapore Chuang Shifeng, demonstrated the research ecosystem and collaboration prospects of Singapore as a talent hub for BRICS countries.
Participants discussed opportunities and new ideas for further cooperation during the forum. Participation in such events allows Russian companies to adopt successful practices, showcase their achievements, and strengthen their international image. The prospects of Russian companies entering the Chinese market were also discussed.
