On May 17-18, 2022, in the Ulyanovsk region, the Radisson Hotel Ulyanovsk hosted the "RAUIE International Forum".
The development of international relations, the attraction of Asian investors to the region, the collection of requests for import substitution, the development of a regional team - all this became the main goals of the Forum.

In the format of round tables and networking, business, investment, logistics routes, and prospective development areas were discussed. Both Asian and Russian participants presented their projects and enterprises. After the completion of the business part, a cultural program was held for guests and participants.
President of the RAUIE Vitaly Mankevich: “The current situation indicates the need to develop the “Turn to the East”, defined by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in 2014. In addition, at a meeting "Russia - the Land of Opportunities" on April 20, 2022, Vladimir Putin called on small and medium-sized businesses to get more actively involved in the implementation of joint Russian-Chinese projects. In the Ulyanovsk region, an efficient system has been formed to support direct investment in the region's economy and a favorable investment climate for the localization of foreign industries and innovations. Therefore, I am confident that thanks to our two-day international forum, we will be able to establish cooperation with China, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Turkey and implement a large number of economically prospective projects.”
