The largest Chinese corporations are localizing in the Vladimir region

Industrial and investment cooperation, localization of automotive components production became the main topics of negotiations between the Deputy Governor of the Vladimir Region Mikhail Korotayev and representatives of Chinese business.



The meeting was held with the assistance of the RAUIE in the representative office of the Vladimir Region in Moscow, the dialogue was attended by Zhang Tsinghua, deputy director of the Lifan car manufacturer in Russia, Yin Jinqi, head of the investment company Jiulongfu, Mr. Luan Shaohu, chairman of law firm DHH. 

Representatives of the Chinese business spoke about the plans for business development in the region and received information about the most prospective and effective companies in the region, its capabilities and possible preferences for doing business.

Deputy Governor of the Vladimir Region Mikhail Korotaev said: “China is the main trading partner of the Vladimir region, and we welcome the development of ties with Chinese business.“ We are already creating preferential zones - territories of advanced social and economic development, special economic zones where investors have tax preferences.”



The President of the Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Vitaly Mankevich noted that Lifan, Jiulongfu, DHH are long-standing and trusted partners. “We are confident that their arrival in the Vladimir region will be another successful example of cooperation between the regions of Russia and Chinese companies.”

As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached that Chinese companies will formally submit information on the enterprises of the Vladimir Region that they are interested in and the areas of doing business, after which the parties will begin implementation of the agreements.
