The RAUIE at the 29th Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF)

Led by Chairman Vitaly Mankevich, as well as other members of the Union, the RAUIE is participating in the 29th Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF)—one of the most significant events on the global economic and political agenda.

This year’s main theme of the forum is “Shared Values — The Foundation for Growth in a Multipolar World.”

For this edition, SPIEF has brought together heads of states, top executives of major companies, experts, and representatives of international organizations to discuss global challenges, investment opportunities, and strategies for sustainable development.

Special attention this year is given to developing trust-based partnership relations and economic ties within BRICS and SCO frameworks, which is especially relevant amid geopolitical tensions and sanctions pressures.

During the event, Vitaly Mankevich remarked: “Asian countries are today’s drivers of global growth, offering limitless opportunities for Russia. Our task is to expand trade, create new production chains, develop joint ventures, and implement digital transformation of the economy. SPIEF is an excellent platform for shaping concrete initiatives.”
