In early August, members of the RAUIE regional branch and the Council of Business Russia Regional Branch met in Krasnoyarsk, Mr. Zhao Qinghua - Chairman, General Director, China International Investment Corporation "Huaming" (CMIK "Huaming"), established at the initiative of the State Council of the PRC on September 4, 2002, where the shareholders of Huaming Corporation are 4 largest companies of China: China National Oil and Gas Corporation CNPC, China National Food Corporation COFCO, China Great Wall Industrial Company and China High Precision Instrument Export-Import Company. Mr. Zhao Xiaodong, General Director of NK STONE INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO., LIMITED, also paid a working visit to Krasnoyarsk.
The main purpose of the visit was the development of trade and economic relations, bilateral investment partnership and increase in trade between Russia and China.
The program of the meeting included a meeting with the executives of ANO "Corporation for the Development of the Yenisei Siberia".
The delegation visited the unique “Forest Museum” of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, an efficient meeting was held at the Ministry of Forestry, with the participation of Vyacheslav Polishchuk, an adviser to the head of the region on the development of small and medium-sized businesses, where issues of the region’s potential, joint business projects for bilateral development, and the possibility of exporting goods were discussed from the region to China, supplying the necessary equipment to the industry.
On the second and third days of the meeting, the delegation visited the rapeseed processing facility located in the village of Solontsy, which supplies rapeseed oil to China on a monthly basis.
The guests were also impressed by visiting the Krasnoyarsk Vodka Factory, the meeting was organized by the general director of the factory, Zinaida Ivanovna Medvedeva.
The enterprise is a member of RAUIE, carries out export activities, actively sells products to China.
Hunchback Tatyana Vasilievna, Deputy General Director for Food Production, gave a tour of the plant, spoke about it's history, which turns 120 this year, the guests tasted vodka and shared their impressions.
A very "delicious" tour took place at the Kraskon confectionery and pasta factory, the meeting was held by the General Director - Kazantsev Vladimir Ivanovich. The company has a great history, quality, a wide range of confectionery and pasta products.
On the final day, the delegation went to the city of Sosnovoborsk, visited the Krasfan plywood plant under the leadership of Maxim Zamyslov, General Director, and a poultry farm in the Sukhobuzimsky district.
Recall that in June, President of the RAUIE Vitaly Mankevich took part in an event where the Yenisei Siberia region was presented to Asian partners (RAUIE became a co-organizer).
