The RAUIE regional branch in Ulyanovsk is gaining momentum

On April 25, 2022, a working meeting was held in Moscow between the President of the RAUIE (Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs) Vitaly Mankevich and the head of the RAUIE regional brach in Ulyanovsk Gleb Astashenkov.

During the meeting, key issues in the field of import substitution for enterprises, the development of the agro-industrial sector and the tourism potential of the Ulyanovsk region for guests from other Russian regions and Asia countries were discussed.



Gleb Astashenkov spoke about the joint project of the UlSPU, the AGATECH Academy and the RAUIE regional branch to educate people from the Ulyanovsk region to study Chinese culture, language and features of foreign economic activity and business. The first group has already been recruited and is actively studying. We are currently recruiting for the second group. The project was highly appreciated by the President of the RAUIE.

During the negotiations, the structure of the Ulyanovsk regional branch was also presented. It includes 6 areas of activity and committees:

• Committee for the Development of Culture and Tourism
• Trade and Logistics Committee
• Investment and Entrepreneurship Committee
• Committee for agro-industrial complex development 
• Committee for Industry and Import Substitution
• Committee on Education and Youth Policy

During the meeting, President of the RAUIE Vitaly Mankevich decided to visit the Ulyanovsk region, get acquainted with entrepreneurs and industrialists of the region, and discuss points of mutually beneficial cooperation. The trip program includes a congress of RAUIE delegations from the regions of the Volga Federal District. The preliminary date for the event in Ulyanovsk with the participation of guests of honor is May 17, 2022.
