The RAUIE signed a cooperation agreement with Haikou

On November 17, Vitaly Mankevich, President of the RAUIE, signed a cooperation agreement with the Investment Department of Haikou (Hainan Province). - Also, the ceremony was attended by JSC CB "Solidarity", China International Investment Corporation "Huamin".

The Haikou International Investment Promotion Bureau was established in November 2019. The bureau, established by the municipal people's government, carries out economic and commercial activities, attracts foreign investment and acts as an agency for regional cooperation.



During his speech, the President of theRAUIE emphasized that, even despite the difficult epidemiological situation, work on establishing bilateral relations between Russia and the PRC continues. The leaders of the two countries, President Vladimir Putin and Secretary General Xi Jinping, pay special attention to the development of investment cooperation. As a Russian public organization, we fully support the President's initiatives to achieve a trade turnover of $ 200 billion by 2024 and are making every effort to promote Russian business in China. In Chinese, the word crisis - 危机 consists of two characters. The character 机 also means opportunity, right moment. And the RAUIE believes that now is the very moment when it is possible to unite and discover new directions of cooperation.
