On February 25, the RAUIE, at the request of the Ulyanovsk Region Development Corporation and the Ministry of Agriculture, organized an online event for the export of agricultural products to the People's Republic of China. Within the framework of the event, many issues were raised related to the problems of importing products to China, the peculiarities of integration into the PRC market, and prospects for the development of trade and economic relations between the two countries.
“Before entering the market, bring a test batch of the product, see how it will be sold. It is important to build a correct pricing policy, since it is the key to the success of the sales strategy in China, ”said Maxim Spassky, member of the RAUIE General Council.
“Exporting to the Chinese market requires preparation. You need to pass product certification, register a trademark. You need to actively place your products at exhibitions, as well as in thematic showrooms. In particular, the RAUIE on January 1, 2021 opened the largest pavilion of Russian food products in South China. Now placement there is free for entrepreneurs, so we invite businesses from the Ulyanovsk region. The most popular inquiries are for sunflower oil, rapeseed and rapeseed oil, corn, soybeans, flax ”, - said Maxim Kuznetsov, vice-president of the RAUIE.
