From December 7 to 9, the Tatarstan Engineering Forum was held on the territory of the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center. The participants presented equipment, innovative materials and technologies in the field of mechanical engineering and metalworking. Within the framework of the forum, round tables were held on entering the foreign market, additive technologies, industry support mechanisms and other issues.

The forum was held with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The participants of this event were representatives of federal and regional authorities, managers and specialists of leading machine-building and metalworking enterprises, employees of scientific and technical organizations, industry associations.
As part of the round table “Entering the foreign market. Solutions for business. New Opportunities" Maya Man, Head of the RAUIE representative office in Shanghai and General Director of ManYa company spoke with the topic "Efficient import: how to buy more in China and pay less": "At present, due to the difficult international political situation, more and more companies from Russia are becoming oriented to the East, primarily to the PRC. China has been the main trading partner of the Russian Federation for 12 years now, and the trade turnover between our states in 2021 reached $146 billion. In the short term, experts predict an increase in trade to $200 billion."
