Vitaly Mankevich speaks at the forum "Window of Opportunities"

On January 31, the chairman of the Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RAUIE) Vitaly Mankevich spoke at the online forum "Window of Opportunity". The main objective of the event was to demonstrate to entrepreneurs the features and opportunities of business development in the current terms.

Vitaly Vikentievich spoke of the current trends in cooperation between Russia and China: “It is China that is the priority trade partner of the Russian Federation among Asian countries. China has come a long way in implementing the technological component into its products, substantially increased its quality level and enlarged the range. According to the estimates of the Trade and Economic Department of the RAUIE, 85% of the falling import volumes from Europe and the United States can be replaced by supplies from China and other Asian countries. Russia is also considered by Asian states as one of the most up-and-coming markets. Both sides are interested in creating joint ventures. Entrepreneurs should take these opportunities into account when building their business strategy.”

Vitaly Viktorovich cautioned the audience against common mistakes and outlined the most promising sectors of the market, talked about what kind of assistance the Union can provide when entering the Chinese market and other types of interaction with partners from China.
