Vitaly Mankevich, together with members of the Union, participated in a ceremonial reception celebrating the 127th anniversary of the proclamation of Philippine independence

At the invitation of His Excellency Igor Balylen, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to Russia, Chairman of RAUIE Vitaly Mankevich and Union members attended the festive event in honor of the 127th anniversary of Philippine independence.

The event served as an important platform for strengthening friendly ties and expanding bilateral cooperation between Russia and the Philippines. Developing such relations opens new opportunities for joint projects, experience exchange, and fostering a business environment beneficial to both countries.
