Region 45 Road Equipment Plant is a manufacturer and supplier of top-class special-purpose vehicles. The plant manufactures equipment for road construction, repair and maintenance. From the day of its foundation, the plant has been focusing on producing equipment with consideration of individual needs of the customer. Application of advanced technologies and implementation of lean production at all stages and in every operation allows maintaining the quality of custom production for a large volume of orders. We use advanced methods for assembling special- purpose vehicles.

Our plant offers high-quality road equipment to perform any type of work in the field of road maintenance, construction and public utilities quickly and reliably. Thanks to our modern road vehicles, all engineering requirements provided for by the current regulations in road construction and landscaping are met.

Our participation in the activities of the Union of Machine Engineers of Russia, creation of the Commission for Production of Road and Construction Equipment within the OPORA RUSSIA public association is a further step in the plant development, and is aimed at finding systemic solutions for the industry.
