The Russian-Chinese Foundation for the Development of Culture and Education was founded in 2001. The Foundation is a member of the Russian-Chinese Friendship Society.
For many years, the Foundation has been successfully providing assistance in organizing cultural and educational exchanges between the People's Republic of China and the Russian Federation.
