A meeting of the Center for Public Procedures "Business Against Corruption" took place in the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. The executives of the Russian-Asian Union of industrialists and entrepreneuers (RAUIE) along with members of the Union participated in the meeting.

Within the framework of their responsibilities, the Center reviewed appeals received from business entities.

The activity of the Center for Public Procedures "Business Against Corruption" focuses on expert examination of controversial economic legal relations, and the conclusions are submitted for consideration to the interdepartmental working group at the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation.

During the meeting, the Chairman of the RAUIE Vitaly Mankevich and the Executive Co-Chairman of the Center for Public Procedures "Business Against Corruption" Viktor Zvagelsky signed a cooperation agreement.

For members of the RAUIE, this is an effective mechanism to protect their rights in their interactions with government bodies, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory authorities. The main goal of cooperation between the RAUIE and the Center for Public Procedures "Business Against Corruption" is to create a favorable business climate in Russia. The signing of the agreement will contribute to the implementation of a Unified Center for the Protection of Entrepreneurs from Criminal Prosecution based on the Center for Public Procedures.

Members of the RAUIE who have faced illegal criminal prosecution or pressure on their businesses can submit their appeal at https://clck.ru/3DKpbM. Experts from the Center for Public Procedures will prepare a legal opinion, and if violations of entrepreneurs' rights are identified, measures will be taken to restore them by contacting the supervisory authorities.
