Located in the northeastern part of China, Heilongjiang province is an important economic region of the country. The province's economy is mainly driven by industries such as oil production, agriculture, machinery, and light industry. It has large railway and road networks, as well as a seaport in the city of Dalian, providing convenient conditions for trade and transportation both domestically and internationally.
Here are some brief facts about the province:

In Heilongjiang province is the pilot free trade zone, within which the new Heilongjiang Economic Industrial Park has been built and recently put into operation. The park covers an area of about 400,000 square meters, with over 200,000 square meters allocated for commercial development, including 5 modern high-class office buildings and 40,000 square meters of free trade area.
Surrounding the park are over 2000 modern financial, economic, and digital companies, as well as Chinese-Russian cooperative enterprises, along with research centers, trade and entertainment facilities, and large chain hotels within walking distance.
A highlight of this area is the "Russian-Chinese Cooperation Building" project, occupying a separate building with a total area of 80,000 square meters. The first 4 floors of the building will host a permanent exhibition where Russian regions can showcase their potential in industries, trade, tourism, culture, arts, education, and more. One floor will be reserved for companies offering administrative services such as consulting, financial, legal, banking, insurance, etc.
Most of the premises are provided for Russian-Chinese joint ventures, business associations, and organizations involved in the development of Russian-Chinese cooperation.
The Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs has been actively participating in the development of trade, economic, and investment relations between Russia and China for over 14 years.
We, as the Partner of the Heilongjiang Economic Industrial Park, are ready to provide comprehensive support to entrepreneurs looking to establish their presence in the industrial park.
