The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (until 2018 was the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications) also known as MinComSvyaz Rossii is the governmental agency in Russia established in May 2008 that is responsible for telecommunications, media and the post. Child agencies include Roskomnadzor, Rospechat and Rossvyaz.
