III International Technology Congress

From September 8 to 10, 2026, the Patriot Expo Convention and Exhibition Center in Odintsovo, Moscow Region, will host the III International Technology Congress and Exhibition "TECHNOLOGIES" (MTK‑2026). The event is supported by the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, and the Government of the Moscow Region.

Implementation of information and other knowledge‑intensive technologies to achieve national projects of technological leadership and bring domestic products to new markets.

MTK is an ecosystem of industry forums and niche events created by Russian technology associations led by the RUSSOFT Association. This year’s concept for the first time reflects the synergy of competences between civilian high‑tech industries and the defence‑industrial complex, offering a unique opportunity to simultaneously showcase civil, military, and dual‑use products and technologies.

The business programme of the Congress includes five key tracks: "Technology Management", "Technology. Tomorrow Cannot Be Today", "New Markets", "Risk Management", and "Consumer Technologies". Participants of the plenary session and strategic sessions will discuss the role of sectoral synchronisation and labour productivity in achieving technological sovereignty, as well as the potential of open architectures and open source for developing international cooperation and exports.

Representatives from more than 40 countries are expected. Target countries include Algeria, Armenia, Bahrain, Belarus, Vietnam, India, and others.

The international programme of the Congress is aimed at developing open architectures and enhancing the export potential of Russian technologies. More than 7,000 experts from 40 countries are expected to attend, including heads and representatives of government authorities of the Russian Federation and foreign states. A key international event will be the anniversary forum of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications "35 Years Together: Digital Future of a Common Space", which will bring together representatives from 12 states. In addition, the programme will include satellite events: the II Inter‑Industry Forum on Data Centre Infrastructure, the II GR‑Summit of the IT Industry, and the II Summit of Russian Technology Associations.
