4月17日，俄罗斯亚洲工业家与企业家联合会（RAUIE）代表参加了与中俄经贸与投资合作论坛-2023。
中国产业海外发展协会主席 (CODA) 主席和振伟, 欧亚经济委员会一体化与宏观经济委员谢尔盖·格拉齐耶夫, 中国建设银行董事长刘文雍 (Lu Wenyong), 中华人民共和国驻俄罗斯联邦大使馆经济公使衔参赞高士线 (Gao Shixian) 等著名演讲嘉宾在活动中发言。俄罗斯亚洲工业家与企业家联合（RAUIE）副主席谈到了俄中合作的主要趋势以及在当前现实中需要利用的机会。
演讲结束后，联盟代表与来自石油和天然气、采矿、汽车、农业和技术部门的中国公司举行了会谈，并就进一步合作达成了共识。
