6月4日，俄罗斯亚洲工业家与企业家联合会主席维塔利·曼克维奇在中国辽宁省与俄罗斯联邦经贸合作洽谈会上发言。
俄罗斯亚洲工业家与企业家联合会主席介绍了辽宁省的主要经济指标、辽宁省的历史以及辽宁省与俄罗斯的互动潜力。曼克维奇还介绍了伊尔库茨克州州长率领的伊尔库茨克州代表团访问沉阳的情况。他还谈到了俄罗斯亚洲工业家与企业家联合可以为在俄罗斯的中国企业以及在中国的俄罗斯企业提供哪些帮助。辽宁省政府和当地企业代表出席了会议。活动期间，他们与俄罗斯亚洲工业家与企业家联合主席以及俄罗斯亚洲工业家与企业家联合成员进行了谈判。
