俄罗斯与河南省获得合作新的机会

7月17日俄罗斯亚洲工业企业家联盟会长Vitaliy Monkevich 参加了俄中会议。会议中最重要的问题就是俄罗斯-河南政商合作的机会。活动是被河南省代表团成立的。河南省人民政府外事侨务办公室，机场集团(Henan Airport Group), 贝思塔（BST Logistics ）也提供了组织帮助。

驻俄大使李辉先生，中共河南省委书记王国生先生，AirBridgeCargo的执行副总经理Nikolai Glushnev, Sky Gates Airlines 副总裁Artem Abdriyashkin，斯摩棱斯克州商务厅长Anton Afonichev 在会议中作了报告。

Anton Afonichev在他的发言中强调了斯摩棱斯克州投资潜力对中国的有利:

“除了良好地方和税收抵免以外，斯摩棱斯克州具有在俄罗斯联邦主体中最良好投资发展进程。因此调整互利共赢经贸，人文和投资合作是对河南省与斯摩棱斯克州很重要的步骤。斯摩棱斯克州还规划在维亚济马建筑俄中工业园。（从莫斯科到维亚济马170公里）”

李辉先生和王国生先生就河南省的潜力和于俄罗斯投资及经贸合作的机会：

“河南省是中国故事的地区，几个世纪以来作为历史和文化的中心。目前河南省是丝绸之路的战略交通中心，并且是中国的最主要物流集中器之一。河南省具有庞大（1亿个人）的消费者市场与很好的商品和资本密集。”
