11月1日，俄罗斯亚洲工业家与企业家联合会主席维塔利·曼克维奇在“山东省企业汽车及零部件出口”俄中汽车论坛上发表讲话。

本次论坛由俄罗斯亚洲工业家与企业家联合会、旅俄中国汽车工业协会、山东省商务厅、山东省二手车协会、俄中友好、和平与发展委员会主办。
