10月15日，俄罗斯亚洲工业家与企业家联合会副主席阿列克谢·志林在《发挥“越南-中国-俄罗斯”国际铁路线的潜力》会议上发表讲话。 该活动由越南驻俄罗斯大使馆主办，并得到俄罗斯亚洲工业家与企业家联合会在会的协助。
这个方向目前还没有开发出来，但对于加强与越南的经贸关系有着非常大的前景。这是因为俄罗斯联邦与越南没有陆地边界，海上基础设施相当繁忙。越南驻俄罗斯、越南驻中国、俄罗斯驻越南外交使团代表出席会议。 参加活动的还有俄罗斯、越南、中国三国部委授权代表、物流及进出口行业企业家、媒体代表。
