JSC Volga becomes a member of The Russian-Asian Union of industrialists and entrepreneurs (RAUIE)

JSC Volga has become a member of RAUIE in February this year and will be able to access such provided by RAUIE survives as comprehensive support of the implementation of investment projects, product and brand promotion in the new markets.     

At the meeting, the representatives of JSC Volga and RAUIE developed a “Roadmap” for further cooperation and agreed on dialog with Russian-Asian business community.

General Director of JSC Volga Sergey Pondar commenting on decision to join the Union highlighted that JSC Volga aims to actively develop cooperation with companies in Asian countries, and we are convinced that membership in RASP will be a good basis for further development of our company and subsequent expansion of presence in Asian markets.

In 2022 as many other Russian companies, JSC Volga faced restrictions that affected ability of export of corrugated case materials to European countries. Due to this fact, the company’s order book was corrected and new sales markets emerged in South-East Asia.

Our company is interested in search of reliable equipment suppliers in China, participation in sales missions in Asia, facilitation of access to participation in trade shows, forums and conferences, conducting marketing research, as well as representation of our company’s interests and promotion of our products in the Chinese market.

“We are confident in promising cooperation with JSC Volga”, added President of RAUIE Vitaly Mankevich. We are ready to establish a JSC Volga representative office on the basis of the RAUIE representative office in China to begin the task solution on the engaging with Asian markets. In addition, we will perform search and organization of necessary technical equipment, repair parts and chemicals. Our broad contacts and reputation in the region will help JSC Volga to secure the necessary business contacts with foreign partners and promptly resolve bureaucratic issues. The company sets ambitious goals for itself, and we will provide all possible assistance in their implementation."
