The RAUIE organized the visit of a Chinese delegation to the Oryol Region

With the organizational support of the RAUIE, CCPIT, and the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Russian Federation, a working visit of an authoritative delegation from the People's Republic of China to the Oryol Region took place.

The delegation, formed with the active participation of the Association, was headed by Mr. Liu Jun, Minister Plenipotentiary and Trade and Economic Counselor of the Embassy of the PRC in the Russian Federation. The delegation included representatives of the RAUIE led by Chairman Vitaly Mankevich, underscoring the Association's role as a reliable integrator.

"One of our key tasks is to serve as an effective 'navigator' for Asian businesses in Russian regions. We do not just accompany delegations; we act as a guide for Chinese investment, seeking growth points for trade turnover between our countries by preliminarily studying the potential and preparing the ground for specific projects. The Oryol Region, with its impressive export growth to China, has become a logical and promising point on this cooperation map," said Vitaly Mankevich.

During the visit, negotiations were held at the regional government with Deputy Governor Sergey Borzenkov. The figures announced at the meeting confirmed the right choice of venue: trade turnover with China grew by 16%, and Oryol exports increased 3.8 times. Practical opportunities for Chinese investment in the region's agro-industrial complex and industrial production were discussed.

Minister Plenipotentiary Mr. Liu Jun noted the historic rise of Russian-Chinese partnership and the importance of such visits for deepening mutual understanding and finding growth points.

The RAUIE continues to act as an active driver of investment, systematically organizing business missions to key regions of Russia. The goal is to translate growing trade turnover into qualitatively new projects of industrial cooperation and joint ventures.
