Food Expo Hong Kong 2025 - Hong Kong International Food and Beverage Exhibition
Date: August 14-18, 2025Hong Kong hosts dozens of different exhibitions dedicated to drinks and food, but the HKTDC Food Expo is the most "juicy" of all.
Food Expo, that takes place annually at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, brings together gourmets from all over the world. It is aimed both at retailers, manufacturers and suppliers as well as the general public and is divided into two areas: the Trade Hall and the Public Hall. A comprehensive entertainment program with cooking shows of prominent chefs, tastings, award shows, etc. completes the culinary experience.
One of the focal points of the public pavilion is the food court, which features 30 well-known food brands, including chihuahua bakery, Meixin, Nissin, Anji seafood, Taiban and Nien Tzu Nunn in Kyoto.
The exhibition is in no way inferior to SIAL and CIIE and annually helps its participants sign contracts worth billions of dollars.
Belt and Road Summit Hong Kong 2025 - International Summit to Support Global Business Cooperation
Date: September 2025 (exact date to be confirmed)The Belt and Road International Summit is the leading international platform for developing business cooperation along the Belt and Road.
China’s Belt and Road Initiative is designed to enhance the orderly free-flow of economic factors and the efficient allocation of resources by expanding business cooperation between East and West, from Asia to Europe via Southeast Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, West Asia and the Middle East. The “Belt” and “Road” refer to the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, respectively.
Last year, the Belt and Road Summit in Hong Kong brought together: 90 international speakers, more than 5,000 senior government officials and business leaders from 100 countries and regions, over 700 business meetings, 63 delegations, 1,100 exhibitors, 250 media representatives and over 1,300 print and electronic publications , more than 240 investment projects.
Exact dates for the current year have not yet been announced, but the event is expected to take place in the fall (September-October).
HOFEX 2025 - International Trade Fair for Food, Beverage, Catering Supplies and Services
Date: May 14-16, 2025HOFEX - Asia’s Leading Food & Hospitality Tradeshow - has been a landmark 34 year of excellence. It brings the largest selection of Food & Drinks and Hospitality Equipment & Supplies to Asia.
The exhibition has been held annually since 1987 and gathers over 3,000 exhibitors and over 40,000 visitors from 86 countries. The fair attracts many hoteliers, retailers, investors, consultants, and buyers and next to the fair is held a conference with a wealth of information.
