Special economic zone “Orenburzhie”, 100% shares of which are state-owned by Orenburg region, is an infrastructure partner for companies implementing industrial projects on territory of SEZ.
SEZ “Orenburzhie” provides its residents with a ready-made industrial infrastructure, as well as free customs zone and tax benefits, guaranteeing a favorable investment climate for creating production base.
SEZ “Orenburzhie” is located on the territories of two municipalities in the Orenburg region: the city of Orenburg and the city of Orsk. The area of the two sites of the SEZ is 565 hectares. The presence of a developed road and rail infrastructure provides favorable conditions for organization of convenient and cost-effective logistics schemes for supply of raw materials, components and products of resident-companies.
