The meeting between the Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RAUIE) and the Regional Association of Service Stations (RASTO) was held at the RAUIE office.
RASTO has initiated an effort to involve Chinese distributors in providing consumers with the freedom to choose where to service their vehicles.
Why is this important?
Owners of Chinese-branded cars should have the option to undergo maintenance not only at official dealerships but also at verified independent service centers that meet high standards of quality. This will help prevent a monopoly of the post-warranty service market by dealer centers.
