RAUIE Chairman Vitaly Mankevich took part in a ceremonial event dedicated to two landmark dates in the history of Russian‑Chinese relations:
- 30 years since the establishment of strategic interaction and partnership between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China;
- 25 years since the signing of the Treaty on Good‑Neighbourliness, Friendship and Cooperation.

In his speech, Vitaly Mankevich noted that over these decades, the relations between the two countries have come a long way from first contacts to comprehensive partnership, with trade turnover exceeding $200 billion and continuing to grow steadily. At the same time, the number of Chinese companies operating in Russia has long surpassed 10,000, and RAUIE handles a daily flow of business requests – from finding reliable partners and legal support to negotiation management and opening representative offices.
On the Chinese side, welcoming addresses were delivered by H.E. Zhang Hanhui, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Russian Federation, and Sun Bohui, Chairman of China Chengtong International.
On the Russian side, the event also featured speeches by Boris Titov – Chairman of the Russian part of the Russian‑Chinese Committee of Friendship, Peace and Development – and Galina Kulikova, First Deputy Chairman of the Society of Russian‑Chinese Friendship.
"Relations between Russia and China are not just an interstate construct, but a living, sincere, human friendship. Over these thirty years, we have built a unique mechanism of contacts at the highest, intergovernmental, parliamentary, regional, and business levels," Mankevich emphasised.
